Elaine Padron
Teacher

    Elaine is originally from the Tampa, Fl. area. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Professional Management from Nova University and a Liberal Arts Degree. She is recently enrolled in the Masters program called "BrainSMART" at Nova and will graduate in May 2008. She worked as a Business Consultant for several years which gave her the opportunity to travel to many different places. She has 2 daughters, Danielle and Adrienne, and has 2 granddaughters and a 4 month old grandson.

    Elaine got involved in Montessori about 18 years ago when she started her own children in Montessori. She founded the Montessori Childrens House of Tampa Palms and directed the school for 15 years. She later moved to Montana and studied Montessori with Dr. Elizabeth Caspari who was a student of Maria Montessori. Elaine obtained her Montessori Certification from the Orlando Montessori Teachers Institute and Montessori Teacher Preparation of WA. She has taught the 3 to 6 and presently teaches the 6 to 9.

    Elaine also holds the position of principal at both IVMS North Charter and thier Early Childhood preschool.

    Her interest is studying Eastern philosophy, and hopes to get her certification in Feng Shui this summer.

    She is very excited to be part of IVMS which gives all children the opportunity to have the education they deserve.
